LokizGames ("we", "us") operates Color Clash and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: username, hashed password/session credentials.
- Gameplay data: trophies, unlocked characters, match outcomes, lobby membership.
- Support messages: anything you send us for help.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device identifiers, logs used for security and abuse prevention.
- Purchase data: item purchased, amount, transaction ID. Card details are handled directly by PayPal and are never stored by us.
3. Why we use it
- Providing accounts, matchmaking, and gameplay (contract performance).
- Preventing cheating, fraud, and abuse (legitimate interests).
- Delivering paid unlocks and recording entitlements (contract performance).
- Complying with legal obligations (e.g. tax records via our reseller).
- Improving the Service (legitimate interests).
4. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Hosting and database subprocessors that run the Service.
- PayPal, our payment provider, for purchases, refunds, invoicing, and tax compliance.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. UK/EEA users have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your data.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your lobby session for reconnection. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
