LokizGames offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Color Clash digital purchases. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment providers. To request a refund:

• For purchases processed through PayPal, open the transaction in your PayPal account and use PayPal's dispute/refund flow, or contact us and we will initiate the refund.
• You can also contact LokizGames support through the in-game support channel and we will help.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated unlock (for example, a character purchase) will be revoked from your account.
